Refunds & Exchanges

Our policy here @ WalkaholicS is to ensure that every customer is a happy customer so we will do everything in our power to resolve this matter in order to ensure that you will also be happy with your purchase.

We are more than happy to exchange sizes or even designs but please note that NO refunds are given based on the fact that we make each order as per request & we do not mass-produce our sandals via a factory or machinery so, therefore, we follow a strict NO REFUNDS policy. 

We do NOT exchange Decor, Custom or Sale Order !!

Please note that under every individual listing there is a size chart that underlies the exact measurements for each size available. Therefore it is your responsibility as an online buyer to make sure that you use the chart to identify the correct sizing needed for you. If you require a specific sole whether it be narrow or wide, extra buckles to fit your ankle etc, you must make sure to contact us before you place the order to make sure that we can accommodate your custom order. 

Here at WalkaholicS we prepare each shoe for each customer, therefore communication ensures that we can make you happy and comfortable with your beautiful sandals !!

Please keep in mind that as WalkaholicS is an online store it is your responsibility as an online buyer to triple check all the details before you finalize your order. Our refunds policy is concrete, so please understand that the responsibility lies with you to make sure you have contacted us to answer all your questions in order to make sure the purchase is successful. 

If it's not your perfect fit or design then we will be more than happy to exchange your pair of sandals for your suitable size or even your new requested design IF IT HAS NOT BEEN WORN & have marks on the soles.  Note that all returned / exchange parcels have to be in its original packaging. 

Once you've received your order you have 7 business days to arrange an exchange.

In order to exchange your pair of sandals, you will simply need to contact us prior to returning your parcel - We do not process exchanges if we receive your parcel without you contacting us first to arrange your exchange.

We follow an 'Exchange or Return' procedure which needs to be complied with & therefore you will need to arrange the exchange prior to returning your parcel. Once your 'Exchange' has been approved we will notify you & provide you with all the necessary information as to how to proceed. 

All related exchange parcels will be re-sent via one of the 3 shipping options available.
